It was a great place to stay, we were there for 4 days. Beds were comfortable, rooms clean and quiet. Pool was warm. Hot tub had a problem with jets but we still used it. Free breakfast was awesome. Staff friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again.
Adequate for the purpose of a quick overnight stay. The double queen room we got was clean and reasonably up-to-date in terms of decor and conveniences like power outlets, fridge, etc. We only stayed one night but Im sure the very long & narrow hallways to get from front desk to our room would become somewhat annoying if staying longer. That walk included stairs which could not be avoided so good thing our luggage was not too heavy. The breakfast included was a little bland even by the overnight-stay standard. We stayed at another hotel at a similar price point literally a minutes drive away a fortnight before and that other one was a bit better.
Rooms are nicely appointed.Remodeling of the breakfast area is perfect. The breakfast items are varied and good.Pool area is inviting. Pool water temperature is nice and the hot tub works well and also inviting.Staff are friendly and very helpful... ready to assist in any way.I have no hesitation in recommending this fine hotel.
Excellent stay! We only spent one night here while passing through on a 7 day trip, but it was our best hotel. The rooms were clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We called only about an hour before arrival to ask about a roll away bed and they told us the room had a pullout couch which they had set up for us by they time we arrived. The staff were all very helpful and kind and breakfast was very well done with turkey sausages in addition to the regular pork sausages and fresh fruit, waffles, muffins, eggs, etc. I used the laundry room which was equipped with complimentary detergent and the kids enjoyed the pool as well. The room had an excellent little book about the area and activities and we recieved a cute little map at the front desk that makes us want to return just to visit this area. Again, the staff was wonderful and very kind, especially the woman working the breakfast area during our stay.
Absolutely incredible staff that went above and beyond! We were very warmly welcomed by Kristen, Anna, and Mackenzie. My husband and I came to town for a job interview the following morning. With the possibility of moving to Belleville from Ottawa, I had many questions that I pestered the staff with. They were very patient, friendly, and helpful (and pleasantly funny!) answering all of the questions and fulfilling service requests I had made. Not only that, after my husband and I came back from dinner they surprised us with a small gift basket including a personalized handwritten note that they had all signed, wishing me good luck on the interview! We were so touched by the gesture. Somebody give these girls a raise! The room itself was in top notch condition, very clean and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, I was grateful to have such a restful sleep that night in particular. And, the breakfast food was just as yummy as the girls said it would be! I went into my interview well rested, well fed, and happy as could be, thanks to my unforgettable stay here. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
