Dropped my daughters cat Buddy off at vets today for neuter. When I went back to get him at 330pm, he was not there. They had sent him home with the wrong person!!! Apparently they had 2 similar cats in today and mixed them up. While mistakes happen and they apologized, this is not acceptable. Cat was at someone else's house for who knows how long, stressing him out and also stressing out my daughter who had to later go pick him up.
I am so impressed with my experience at Bell Animal Hospital. They are flexible with appointments and scheduled me in as soon as they could. The vet there took excellent care of my cat Moo, her health started improving immediately after getting her home. They were also very clear on what procedures needed to be done and consulted with myself before following through with them. I would definitely recommend this vet to anyone who is looking.
Bell Animal Hospital is the best Hospital to take your pets! Its always clean, and has a very warm and friendly atmosphere. Dr. Lubana and Dr. Ruchi along with their amazing staff are of the most kind, honest and caring people I have ever met. Thank you guys for taking great care of all of my Babies. :)
Bell Animal Hospital is the BEST! They squeezed me in for an appointment last minute for my first appointment ever when I needed one for my dog, Belle. They were quick, efficient and friendly, and have a very clean, well organized clinic! Ive never seen my dog so relaxed and acting like her normal self in a vet clinic (usually she hates going!)... Belle took quite a liking to Dr. Lubana, as well as the sweet girl at the front desk! Love this clinic!! :)
