Service Department - Came in with a problem on Sunday afternoon. They were top notch! They told us the issue was big, helped us to arrange a hotel for the night that was dog friendly (Best Western) because we had 4 dogs with us. Also helped us to arrange a CAA tow to Toronto for Monday morning. They let us use their cell phone, cause ours was running out of power. Kept our SUV in the garage for the night, and drove us and our 4 dogs to the Best Western. They knew they weren't going to get the job, and did all this for us. What a great place. Kevin the Service Manager was a wonderful guy. Thank you Kevin and team!
I would say about 30% of the things we buy here break and have to be returned. Sometimes they break and we just don't bother returning them but don't come back to buy anything else for a while. Doesn't look like the happiest Workforce overall but there are some great employees that give excellent service that keeps us coming back. It does seem funny how they can cut 70% off of some of their items. Really makes you think how much over priced the regular priced items are. Hmmmmm
Good all-around selection friendly staff lots of parking so lots of deals
Tried to return pedals and a rear bike rack for a bicycle. Went to the customer service area to get a refund. The person serving me called a person from the "bike department", called them 3 times and no one came. (10 minutes have elapsed) then that person called a manager and again no one came. I did feel bad for that individual, they said that they weren't able to return them because they weren't like when I bought them (no problem there). Put everything back like it was and returned it at the Canadian Tire in Trenton. And they were actually nice. The person I talked too in Belleville didn't even try to make my experience better. They just looked at me like: There's nothing I can do for you. And then I left and completely disliked my experience. Never going back awful customer service.
Great service! We were travelling from Toronto heading to the cottage and had a tire that needed a new valve. They took me right away and quickly fixed my tire and got us back on the road within an hour.
