I found the woman in the office to be very angry when I went to check in. I'm not sure why and was actually shocked by her reaction. I was helping my dad move his stuff in and she was very rude and angry. I would never rent from this storage unit. There are plenty of other places that are pleasant to their customers. The one on Herchimer and the one on West Front Street in Stirling have very nice people.REPLY:You are wrong about my family being happy. My sister didn't want to say anything because she was afraid that Dad would get kicked out and lose his money. (She's a very shy person, and wouldn't say anything even if someone slapped her.)Your employee (I have heard rumours that it's your family member that was extremely unprofessional and hostile.) She was angry because I came into the office to tell her we were going in, even though your sign said we had to check in at the office. When I told her that I was checking because of the sign and told her she was not being nice, she said I couldn't go in with my dad to help him. My dad is 82 years old.I didn't swear. I didn't get mad. I was completely perplexed by her odd and erratic behaviour. I can see by other reviews that I'm not the only one met with that kind of experience.Furthermore, I know Paul Dean. You are lying when you claim he treats your place like a , "giant ashtray". Not only has he never rented from you (so he never littered at your storage unit) he has never smoked in his entire life. His comment was in regards to my treatment at your facility when I tried to get help for my father's unit.
Highly recommended- the most reasonable prices in the area, very helpful staff and a very secure facility. I had an issue with my passcode once on a Saturday evening a few years ago (well after closing time) and the owner arrived to let me in within ten minutes.
I have read some of the reviews on this facility and found the exact opposite of some of the negative reviews. I wonder if some of these people have not been keeping up with their payments.I dealt with a white haired gentleman who showed excellent customer service and these people are always willing to assist. One time I couldn't get my lock to open and they came right over to my unit and solved my problem. I pay by pre-authorized credit card and they keep my receipts on file that I can look at or take with me at any time.This place is also the cleanest and most secure storage facility I have been at over the years.I continue to rent from them and highly recommend them to you!
This place is discusting - Staff are very nice until they receive payment then the bears with riffles comes out . I have recordings if anyone wants to see my experience every time i call, go in or send the money interac email money transfer that says they are sent but they "dont receive anything .. Also, things shuffled around in unit
