In my opinion, Chester shoes has the worst customer service.I went into the store and the employee working didn't even make any eye contact with me. There was no greeting and no acknowledge that I even existed. I could understand if the store was busy they may have missed acknowledging me, but there was only one other customer in the store.Chester shoes lost my business and my future business. Congratulations!

Great selection of boots. I wish I had found this store sooner! I have wide feet and found the perfect pair.Will be back for winter boots when they have a sale on.
I TELL EVERYONE about the great service and the quality footwear. I have narrow feet and wear orthopedic inserts in my shoes which makes for challenges to get the right fit in a shoe. I have no difficulty finding the shoes I want and need. The bonus for me is the ability to order shoes if Cheslers doesn't have my size and colour in the store. Thank you, Cheslers!
