Horrible property management, lived in a moldy, flooded apartment all winter with no heat. Literally the worst experience in my life and then tried taking me to the landlord and tenant board.
Ekort PM refuses to pay me the $400 they promised me for cleaning my apt before moving out. Left it cleaner than when I moved in. Rarely any hot water. Shameful that he will not honour our agreement! Stay away from this company
Lady who answers the phone is very nice. Lady she transferred me to was very rude and condescending.
Applied for an apartment, then they stopped replying my emails after they found out we're deaf.
