Had a headlight bulb go while on a 3 week ride around Nova Scotia. Was able to make an appointment for the next day ( had new tires put on and wanted back lug nuts re-torqued as well ). Bike was in at the appointment time and done within 30 minutes with a new bulb and the torque checked on the lug nuts. Everyone in the service department was nice, friendly and helpful. Tech that worked on the bike was a great guy.
Nice new facility. Not only are the staff knowledgeable and experienced...they are bike lovers themselves. Whether it's street or off road, they talk the lingo! Also a variety of lawnmowers, chainsaws, generators and side by sides.
Just got a new 520 Foreman Rubicon deluxe and many thanks to Greg, with Chad's assistance, the whole deal was absolutely seamless. I traded my street bike in and had my ATV delivered with everything set up and ready to go. Greg gave me a great famil on the ATV and made sure all my questions were answered and I was comfortable with my purchase. Well done to everyone and a big thank you Greg for making things so easy. I will certainly recommend you to anyone in the market for a Honda. Great products and even better people .

I just purchased a 2021 atv and I cant say enough good things about my experience. Sometimes as a young women it can be hard to get good service while dealing with the automotive industry but I had absolutely no issues and felt extremely respected by everyone at west city honda.
