Bought a brand new bike has 0 hours and burns oil and fork seals are leaking and they won’t do anything about it they told me to go somewhere else. Won’t be back

Just called to order , oil and filter for my Textron Stampede. Was told they have no idea what filter or oil it takes!! I told them you are Textron dealer and asked how would I get it serviced Guy tells me to get oil and filter and bring it in , and they will change it. Lmao … I asked and where would I get the oil and filter You are the dealer and don’t even have a part number !!! Useless place !
Rip off prices and slow service. I was charged $285 for an oil change and cleaning the chain on my bike. The person claiming to be the manager seemed indifferent when I said I won't be back if they think this is a fair price for the job. I was not given an estimate before the work was done. "very confused" is an accurate description of your service.
Walked in to a very different Belleville Sport And Lawn the other day. New faces behind the parts counter, and at the sales desk. And a pretty girl in the GM’s chair. I was a little apprehensive at first, I am an older man, looking for probably my last motorcycle, from a dealer I have trusted for a long time. The salesman John, was very patient, and I really felt he was listening to my needs. Never felt the least bit rushed, or guided into a sale. I also purchased a few extras and saved as well. Mrinal, the GM, was very nice indeed. I purchased an optional centre stand to install myself and save a few bucks. She had their mechanic do the install for me at no charge. Browsing for a helmet, a kind soul at the parts counter gave lots of his help and time, trying and fitting, until we both of us were sure of the fit, and features I needed. A great experience overall, and a free enclosed trailer delivery that was a pleasant surprise , I would and will recommend this business to everyone. Teddy Phillips. Update 2025: Purchased another motorcycle from Belleville Sport and lawn Oct 1st. Once again, the good people there, were kind and supportive. It was all about what I wanted, and what felt good. They took the time, and let the right bike find me. Many thanks again!
They say they're open during the covid-19. But they do not answer the phones, and nobody is even there during posted hours. Just sat out front calling the number for half an hour. Great waste of a trip to belleville. Go to West City Powersports or Fortine.ca instead.
