The lady that did my hair was nice, however did a terrible job. I asked for a style with curls and lots of hairspray for a wedding and she hardly curled it and as soon as I got back to my hotel the curls she managed to put in went flat. What a waste of money.
I am very particular about my hair. I highly recommend this salon. They understand and ask you questions on what you want to do with your hair. My hair was black with some medium brown as well as a light brown roots growing in. They told me that I could go extremely light but I would take some damage and need to Trim my hair a bit, or I could lighten it several shades and take out the black without compromising hair length. I told them I didnt want to compromise hair length and that my hair health was the most important. They used olaplex and it absolutely got all of the black out of my hair which was over processed, down to a softer shade of brown, without frying or damaging or cutting any of my hair. They also made my hair all one tone, when it was three different shades when I came in.I got my hair lightened and coloured I was only there for about an hour and a half and only Cost me $250. I plan to go back into months to have my hair lightened a couple more shades.
I had an Eminence facial (done by Kim) and can't wait to go back in a few months. Kim was knowledgeable and professional, working with my skin concerns to help me develop a new routine without pushing products on me. My skin feels like it's taking in oxygen in a way that it never has before!
They do a really good job and are very polite and professional. Prices could be a bit better, but thats me being picky as Im sure theyre standard prices for an actually salons nd not first choice. Brian gave me a faded cut that Ive wanted for so long that no one else seemed capable of doing. Hes highly recommended.
I went to another salon and went from shoulder length to a short bob--- it was a disaster. I walked into Salon You and luckily had Kristie transform my hideous, uneven bob into a really cute chin length bob. She was amazing and so funny...I cant say enough about her and her work! Ill definitely be back!
