I went to purchase some batteries here and the cashier actually asked me what I was purchasing them for. The last time I checked- thats none of his business. As I was about to leave he asked me where I parked my car (again- none of his business) I told him I parked to the left of the gas station where another car was parked....he smiled and said fine have a good day??? I had a very uneasy feeling here- I wont be returning here ever again.
The lady that was working today March 5th 2018 should be fired. No customer service skills.I left the pump unattended for a sec as my son was calling me she stopped the pump from inside because I went back in the vehicle.After I went in the store tonight the pump back.on she yelled at me to not leave the pump unattended, and this before i could even say a word.I seriously hoped she gets fired for her poor attitude.I worked customer service for years and had my fair share of rude customer but never have I ever treated a customer like this.
Typically always go here for gas to get the Canadian Tire money. Only issue with this place is there aren't open 24 hours, and they are always one of the first to go up after Petro Canada and Shell.
