I purchased a Mattress and Bed frame set, that I paid close to 1100 dollars for. It broke, I paid for repairs that weren't done correctly. When I called in I was advised that even though they have a 1 year warranty they will only issue two repairs and then the warranty is void, so I should wait for a more pressing matter. When I called in with a more pressing matter, they told me that it was my own fault for buying such a cheap product... The customer service I received was beyond awful, and if a company is going to criticize customers for buying "cheap products" why do they sell them... I would think a bed frame i paid 300 dollars for wouldn't be "cheap"You can pay the same price for a far better product at the company just down the street, and I HIGHLY recommend you do, or you will be out a lot of money when your "cheap" product breaks.
